Regan Jurick

Co-Owner and Artistic Director

Regan Jurick began dancing at age two at Miss Rhonda's School of Dance, where she trained with renowned instructors Leanna Sparacino, Patsy Swayze, Steven Boyd, and Savion Glover. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance with an emphasis in Ballet from Texas Christian University, where she performed with the TCU Showgirls.

Since 1996, Regan has taught, judged, and choreographed for MA Dance, working with students across the continental United States and Hawaii. She later continued her training in New York City at Broadway Dance Center and STEPS on Broadway. Her performance credits include Janet Jackson's Velvet Rope Tour in Houston, Contemporary Dance Fort Worth, Sparacino Company Dancers, and serving as a stand-in for Christina Milian in Man of the House.

While her professional experience is extensive, Regan's true passion is teaching. After directing a high school drill team and teaching at several Houston-area studios, she joined The Woodlands Dance Force in 2003 and became owner/director in 2006. Under her leadership, the studio has earned National Championships, Top Studio honors, and numerous choreography awards.

Regan is especially proud of the many students who have gone on to dance at prestigious universities and on professional and collegiate dance teams, including the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blues Dancers, Houston Rockets Power Dancers, OKC Thunder Girls, LSU Tiger Girls, TCU Showgirls, the University of Texas Pom Squad, Texas A&M Pom Squad, Princeton University dance companies, and many others.

Above all, Regan is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of dancers and cherishes her greatest role—being mom to her son, Maddox, and daughter, Meadow.

Lauren Colletti

Co-Owner and Director of Marketing

Lauren Colletti grew up in Georgia, where she trained and competed in dance throughout her childhood and high school years. After graduating, she attended Auburn University before beginning a successful career in event and wedding planning, where she developed exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Although her professional path started outside the dance world, Lauren's lifelong love of dance brought her back to the studio. In 2017, she became co-owner of The Woodlands Dance Force, where she oversees the studio's operations, manages scheduling and administrative logistics, and works closely with families and staff to ensure the studio runs smoothly each day.

Lauren is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized environment where dancers can thrive, and she takes pride in helping make every student's experience at the studio a positive one.

When she's not at the studio, Lauren's favorite role is being a dance mom. She loves cheering on her three daughters—Sophia, Isabella, and Ava—as they pursue their passion for dance. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, making family memories, whether they're traveling, relaxing together, or supporting their girls every step of the way.

Wanting to stay connected and support their journey, Tammy began taking on volunteer positions at The Woodlands Dance Center, quickly made an impact, leading her volunteer role to evolve into a full-time staff position, and ultimately into co-ownership of the studio in 2017.

As Administrative Director, Tammy blends her financial expertise with her genuine love for the dance community. She oversees the studio's operational logistics, scheduling, and client communications, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and well-organized environment for both recreational and competitive dancers, their families, and the teaching staff.
